Head-off costly and avoidable repairs by hiring our team to regularly inspect, lubricate, and exercise components of your RV to ensure the next time you plan to saddle up and hit the road your coach is ready to meet the demand!  

Inspect All Body Seals

Inspect body seals for cracked or missing sealant

Slideout Operation 

Test slide outs for proper extend/retract operation and lubricate gears (restrictions apply)

Lubricate Slideout Seals 

Exterior slide seals need regular lubrication, especially if left in the sun! 

Roof Condition

Inspect overall roof condition and identify any possible areas of water intrusion. 

Awning Inspection

Extend & retract awnings to ensure proper operation (if space available)

Hot Skin Test

For RVs stored onsite & hooked up to power, perform Hot Skin test prior to tenant occupation. 

Run A/C Units

Exercise your coach & dash A/Cs while reducing humidity inside your coach (power req’d)

Inspect Breaker Panel

Check panel for loose connections that can lead to catastrophic fire damage. 

Slideouts

Inspect for proper slideout seal compression to prevent water intrusion around slides. 

Visual “Eyes On”

Visually inspect and identify areas of possible water intrusion

Electronics

Operate electronic systems (TV, radio) for proper operation to eliminate any surprises down the road (power req’d)

Life Safety Systems

Test proper operation of smoke & CO alarms and inspect fire extinguisher for charge & safety compliance

House Batteries

Clean and test house batteries, tighten connections as needed

Tires

Measure tire pressure and fill to Mft. specifications as needed

GenSet

Check fluids and run (exercise) your RV generator 

Leveling System

Extend and retract levelers & apply dry lubricant (when needed)

Visual “Eyes On”

Visually inspect overall condition and report potential issues  

Waste Gate Valves

Inspect gate valves for leaks from your black & grey water systems
